Over time, I learned the value of living on and off the property and the lessons from reusing what we have. After working in the corporate world for so long, I rediscovered my passion for gardening and being in nature. The pandemic gave us the time to enjoy the farm, eat healthy, cook again, and we began to compost from our own kitchen. Growing up in Canada, this process came natural to me as it is commonplace in other areas of the world.
